Ambulance Station Visit 2014

Last Thursday, the school participated in the Ambulance Open Day.  They showed us the $30 000 dummy on which they practice their skills, such as giving needles and CPR.  They let us walk through the Ambulance in which they can fit two patients.  A paramedic, Darren, also showed everyone three different types of uses for a triangular bandage.  The Ambulance Committee supplied us with some delicious pikelets for morning tea.
We appreciated being invited to the Ambulance Station and found it very interesting.
